I went into this as a professional wax virgin! Jennifer took her time and was patient with me. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable and not stupid. She has definitely got me as a forever customer. She explained her other services to me as well. I ask about each machine etc. she wasn't pushing anything on me like I've experienced other places. I loved it and can't wait to go back!

My eyelashes have never been done anywhere else that caused such irritation to my eyes and eyelids. They're supposed to feel feathery or at least they always have anywhere else I've ever had them done, but as you can see in the photos, they were really causing my eyes alot of pain itching and redness after she was finished.

I am so sorry you had a reaction to the eyelashes. I just saw the review and wanted to respond. I never heard from you after the service I assumed you was happy with your lashes. I conduct a follow up with every customer to get feedback from the service. To all my customers if you every have any reactions to services I provide please do not hesitate to call for consultation. I was told by the client that she removed the lashes with glue removal she irritated her eyelids and lost lashes. That should never happen had my customer called me to advise what she was experiencing. I truly am sorry for the reaction you experienced.
