I thought she said it will take 45min when i came out 1hr 30min later. I don't know about tint. I have black lashes maybe thats why it didnt show the differences. It doesnt make stronger colours. She was friendly and nice. Lash lifted well hope this last long

It took alot longer than I expected. About an hour and a half for the lash lift and tint (though I don't think she tinted them). I will say my lashes were super short which makes the outcome less dramatic but one eye my lashes are all bent in different directions.
