We had a great experience at Beauty Clinic and Beyond. The space was beautiful and the staff was amazing. We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

I surprised my partner with his first massage experience here. Everything was great at first. Immediately after my partner advised they used something hot on his face. It didn't come with enhancement so it was strange. He ended up suffering a chemical burn on his forehead from whatever was put on headrest. I called the spa to understand what it was, and they took no accountability.

During the massage service, we do not use any type of chemicals, only professional body lotion, and no work is performed on the facial area at any time. All of our equipment, including the headrest, is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each client. As discussed privately, there are many external factors that can cause a skin reaction, such as the prior use of a product, contact with another surface, or even an allergic reaction to something eaten that day.
