Natalie did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She took her time to explain everything. She drew out the eyebrows to ensure I was happy with the shape and then proceeded with the ombre coloring. She did apply numbing, which helped not to feel any pain, and if I started to feel any pain, she immediately applied more numbing solution. I love the final result!
