I was very disappointed with my experience. No one asked why I was there or what specific areas I wanted to focus on — they only tried to sell me an extra service. The session lasted less than 15 minutes, and they didn’t treat my entire face or neck, leaving several areas untouched. I also have acne marks that other clinics usually cover more thoroughly to help improve, but here they didn’t even mention them. Overall, it felt rushed and sales-driven rather than caring. I wouldn’t go back even if it were free.

The MD and ARNP were very professional and answered all our questions. The MD took his time and focused on my husband’s and my areas of concern. We bought a series of three CO2 laser treatments. This is fractional CO2 not ablative. We are both feeling good with minimal discomfort. Don’t expect a dermatologist’s office environment. It’s a small office but equipped well.
