What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a family-owned and -operated restaurant. We take pride in serving you quality food made from scratch that we would serve at our table at home. We select the freshest of fruits and vegetables from local farmers. Our meals are homemade perfections!
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our corned beef reuben sandwiches are to die for. We slow-cook a corned beef brisket in-house with our special blend of seasoning for six hours, which is why it falls apart in your mouth. It’s served with signature, fresh-cut french fries, a cup of our daily homemade soup, or a side salad.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Every time I went out to eat with my wife, I noticed that all of the food tasted the same. I discovered that most restaurants would buy their food prepacked and ready to serve. I hated that no one actually made food from scratch.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with my staff to create an incredible experience for our guests. I love building relationships with our guests. Seeing the business growing is incredibly rewarding.
