We’re a local company. I built it; I run it; and I do everything in my power to make sure everyone is impressed with their Beeline experience. If not, you can come straight to me and I’ll set it right.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I like being the guy people turn to when they have bug problems. It bothers me that so many other companies lock their customers into ridiculous contracts. I wanted to offer a better solution.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to meet a lot of different people. I get to use my experience and skills to puzzle out the problem and administer the correct solution.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
A customer left a review saying they felt we really cared about what we were doing, had their best interests in mind, and we were altogether courteous and a pleasure to deal with. That kind of feedback lets me know we did our job right.
