About BeFIT Health Studio
Group training is an excellent way to challenge yourself and build camaraderie amongst other members. The group training concept offers accountability, motivation and the development of a peer network to continually drive your own goal-oriented results. Our class sizes are limited which allows our certified instructors the ability to customize and modify workouts specifically to fit individuals needs within the group. The smaller class size gives our classes a more personal feel. It is a great way to have fun and BeFIT!
Group Training classes are designed to give you a total body strength and conditioning workout. These classes have been influenced by some of the best-proven training techniques and are intended for all levels of fitness. We implement strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning lots of calories. The workouts involve circuits, intervals (HIIT, Tabatas), resistance training, and calisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises. Our goal is to accelerate your fat-burning potential and increase your overall energy levels throughout the day. It’s challenging, fun, and most of all, it is effective.
