About Beijing Noodle No. 9 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Spectacles are a dime a dozen on the Las Vegas Strip. But even so, it would be hard not have your eye caught by Beijing Noodle No. 9. Its wide-open storefront showcases an all-white dining room with a lace-like pattern that stretches seamlessly from the walls to the ceiling. Oversized fish tanks flank the entry, the hundreds of goldfish inside giving guests even more to marvel at as they're escorted to their tables.
But the real sight to see is the kitchen staff, who hand-stretch noodles in full view of the dining room. Voted Best Noodles of 2015 by the Las Vegas Review Journal, they're found in everything from dan dan mein to lamb hot pots to your head if your little brother tries to lasso you with one.
There's a ton on the 14-page menu aside from noodles, however—including live seafood—so family-style ordering is strongly encouraged. You might be on your own for some of the more exotic meats, though, such as ox tongue and jellyfish.
