What You'll Get
Dogs, supposedly man's best friend, rarely exhibit the defining characteristic of true companionship—allowing a friend to climb on your back before riding into the sunset. Discover the animal kingdom's original best friend with today's Groupon: for $27, you get a 90-minute riding lesson from Bein Performance Horses (a $55 value), a Scottsdale ranch that is home to champion horses.
The instructors at Bein are champion riders and lifelong centaur impersonators. With their expert guidance, riders of all skill levels can learn and continue to enjoy the traditions of horsemanship. Each 90-minute lesson includes approximately half an hour of grooming, tacking up, and basic instructions on the ground, followed by half an hour of riding. The final 30 minutes are spent un-tacking and grooming your gracious equine transportation, during which you may ask the horse any questions you would like answered with a stare or dismissive snort.
Horse riding is an experience that all people can enjoy, not just wearers of WWQD (What Would Quixote Do) bracelets. Riders of all skill levels are welcome to experience the wondrous combination of mammalian cooperation and pioneering spirit. Sessions can be used as an introduction, a refresher, a horse whispering, or a primer for the world of showing.
Valid for new clients only.
