It's a wonderful store to have in St. Petersburg, especially when you're looking for high quality and something unique.

The store is EVERYTHING! I love the merchandise, artistic flair, new ideas, etc. but more importantly the sales staff is A-1. You may find a special "must-have" item tucked away waiting for you. The sales staff is just the right mix of non-assertiveness and knowledge. The Groupon is much appreciated, thanks!

What You'll Get

Most people’s first apartments had floors lined with raw oatmeal, a re-purposed Twister mat for a bed, and a showerhead that intermittently drizzled viscous, jet-black fluid and liquid police sirens. Now that you have the pad of your dreams, pick up some pad padding with today's deal: for $45, you get $100 worth of home accents, artisan jewelry, and more from being in St. Petersburg.

Peaceful home accents, body ornaments, glassware, and more meet the eye at being, an artsy retail store that uses organic elements, raw woods, and rich fabrics to create calmly chic impressions. Bland homes can douse themselves in house perfume with 8-ounce reed diffusers from k. hall designs ($49.95), which are fashioned with high-quality oils and come in fragrances of milk, moss, and more. From the same designer come triple-milled, pure vegetable soaps ($13.95) made with shea butter and olive oil, featuring scents of lavender, orange amber, and revenge. Tabletops are enhanced by beautiful placemats from chilewich ($13.95) and 140-hour blown-glass vase candles from Maura Peters ($75.95). In addition, being also offers an assortment of fashionable hand-crafted jewelry, children’s toys, cards, and many other home décor items under $100.

Spurred on by the stylish eclecticism of owner Amy Bromley and staffed by a team of professional design consultants, being helps customers embark on an artful adventure with possibilities that are more limitless than reading a Choose Your Own Adventure novel about completely charting out pi.

About being

At being, owner Amy Bromley draws on her two decades of professional design experience to help shoppers convert their spaces into breathtaking expressions of style. Throw pillows burst with geometric and animal-print designs in the show room, which also holds kiln-dried hardwood furnishings and handmade jewelry and accents. Like the formal plaid suit of a lumberjack, pieces in the show room express both an elegant gentility and rustic, rough-hewn ethos. Shoppers peruse vases carved from driftwood, tables made from twisted roots, and candleholders made of silvery deer antlers. The attentive staff at being works hand in hand with homeowners to help make over living spaces with in-home appointments and full-scale consultations from professional designers.
