This was my first wax of any kind, so I was nervous about the pain I expected. Being in my private area, I was even more nervous! Right away I felt comfortable in Alexis' care. She is kind and gentle, and very respectful. Her bedside manners are perfect! She explained everything before she did it. It wasn't painful at all, she is very friendly and open, and I can't wait to go back! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND
