You were given an appointment, but you didn't get one. You contacted the Spa and even spoke to your sister. You were given information about your complaints with Groupon, not with the Spa, as the Spa has no control over that. We only scheduled the appointment, but the client must consider the space and time of the Spa employee. We're sorry about your inconvenience.
