Mr. Bell provided an exceptional level of service during my recent experience. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive and focused on ensuring that my needs were met. Upon arrival, we encountered some unexpected issues with my car. It became clear that additional work was necessary for Mr. Bell to complete his job effectively. He communicated this information clearly and ensured that I understood what needed to be done. Understanding that the extra work would require more time, Mr. Bell took the initiative to reschedule my appointment rather than rushing through the process. He offered to reschedule just 2 days later.
In addition to rescheduling, Mr. Bell went above and beyond by purchasing rotors for me in advance, even though I was uncertain if they would be necessary. Despite having to put in extra effort due to unforeseen circumstances, Mr. Bell maintained a positive demeanor throughout our interactions. His cheerful attitude made the experience much more pleasant.
Overall, Mr. Bell exemplified great customer service through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, consideration for scheduling conflicts, and a positive attitude. I would highly recommend his services based on this experience!

Mr. Bell did an exceptional job on my 2018 Chevy Malibu rear rotor and brake change, which I could not complete myself. I opted for the mobile service to my house, and he was timely, had all the tools he needed, and was very welcoming. The man is a professional through and through!
