Don’t purchase this!!!! Her communication is terrible!!! She doesn’t answer phone calls or voicemails . I needed to contact Groupon 2 to get her to respond. Once she finally called me, she left a nasty message and followed up with a rude text. I am a type 1 diabetic and was 20 min late due to a low blood sugar.and couldn’t call or speak. She sent a nasty text and an invoice for $125.00. Run!!

Hi Angie, we did diacuss this- you did not show up to your 2 1/2 hour hair appt & did not call or text that you would be missing. you were not late. I reached out and when I heard nothing back, yes I did refer back to my 24 hour cancellation policy.

Had my hair colored and explained I wanted to try to blend my existing colors in my hair (dark brown, medium brown, and light brown) so it wasn't so drastic of a color change. Now the first 2 inches of my roots are several shades lighter than the rest of my hair. I'm currently waiting for professional grade hair color to get delivered this week to fix my own hair since I was not given the opportunity to have her fix it. She was kind but just said, 'this is what you asked for' which clearly it was not. I have dark blonde roots for a couple inches before it goes to dark brown. It was a complete waste of money since I have to completely redo the color myself.

Hi Connie, I am sorry that you feel that you had to come on here to express your disappointment instead of talking to me about it directly. When you came in this week, your hair was three different colors, and you told me that and you said that you wanted your hair, the middle brown color. I explained to you that color does not lift color, and that if you wanted it all to blend that would be more of a corrective color service. You stated you just wanted to do the roots as that was what you had signed up for the Groupon, and I did explain that it was a couple levels of difference and that it probably would not blend, as the color we were putting on the roots would not affect the color right next to it. You were fine with that, but when it was rinsed out, and you saw it and did not like the contrast, we talked again about how for your current hair colors, a Color correction service is what is needed to achieve what you are looking for, not a simple root touch up, which is typically matching the outgrown color to your roots.
