Sometimes our dreams are within reach, but more often, those dreams are on the highest of high shelves, beside the BB gun and the cupcakes “for tomorrow.” Reach that shelf with today’s Groupon from Bella Yogini. Choose between the following options:

  • For $10, you get 10 group yoga classes, held at Change of the Peninsula in San Mateo (a $150 value). These classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
  • For $69, you get 2 private, in-home yoga classes (a $170 value). The instructor will travel as far north as San Francisco and as far south as Redwood City for this option.

Bella Yogini’s certified yoga instructor, Danae Robinett, shepherds students toward their mental and physical wellness goals during group yoga classes and one-on-one sessions. Robinett calls on seven years of teaching experience to mentor yogis of all experience levels, including beginners and moms-to-be. Like coffee, group classes sort students by experience level—gentle, moderate, and vigorous—helping students awaken brains and bodies at the right paces. Filled with lengthy poses and hands-on alignment adjustments, yoga sessions strengthen muscles and center the mind inside a calming holistic community center. Instead of linking poses with sticky strands of duct tape, Vinyasa routines weave them together with deep, relaxing breaths. Robinett travels to clients’ homes, offices, and hovercrafts for private sessions, which brim with personalized instruction and tips on practicing yoga amid the distractions of everyday life.

great classes! Look forward to more. thanks.

The classes are thorough, as challenging as you want it to be. Moderate assistance with how to get into the poses correctly. Very pleasant instructor and occasionally funny. Good for beginners through intermediate level students. My wife and I will try to make the Friday a.m. classes as often as possible. John & Kechun
