Q:

Is the laser a heal acne temporarily or permanently. Is 5 treatments enough? Or is there constant maintenance?

Christina L.  asked on  Oct 19, 2012

A:

Nothing is a permanent treatment for acne because it's an on going process. But laser treatment can drastically improve the redness and texture, and help prevent acne for a short while.

Q:

does this lasar treatment help with acne scarring/skin discoloration or just current acne?

Samantha W.  asked on  Oct 18, 2012

A:

it helps with skin discoloration, but NOT the acne scarring. For acne scars, fractional CO2 laser treatment can really smooth everything out and give you that youthful look. Come ask us about it during a free consultation.

I've been to Bellagio before for other treatment but not this type of laser. Do I qualify as a new patient?

YU-AN L.  asked on  Oct 17, 2012

A:

We're so sorry, but this groupon cannot be used by anyone who has been in the clinic before. We are willing to give you a great price as an existing patient though. Ask your laser technician, aesthetician, or medical assistant next time you're here.

Q:

Can this be performed on skin that has been diagnosed has having rosacea? since I had sun damage on my face a few years ago and upon going to the dermatologist, learned that I have rosacea my acne tends to be below the surface and painful. Also, are results immediate and how often are sessions recommended to maintain clear skin?

michele A.  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

yes, laser is great for rosacea and redness of the face. Results are gradual NOT immediate, and we recommend weekly treatments. It's not only therapeutic but also preventive for future acne.
