Later in the day, the dining room switches gears, ladling out the tomato sauce for pizzas such as eggplant pesto and grilling half-pound angus burgers. Bellingham Palace also lets diners build their own pasta bowls with options for unique toppings such as hot pepper rings and sea scallops.
