About Bellissimo Salon and Spa
Bellissimo Salon and Spa is steeped in tradition. Owner Claudine Severa—a lifelong resident of the Bohemia–Oakdale area—founded the day spa more than 20 years ago, and she and her staff continue to passionately serve their clients. Even the decor exudes a stately, parlor-like ambiance, complete with a dark-wood reception desk, a Victorian armchair, and wooden frames around each styling mirror. Within these surrounds, the team members embrace contemporary trends and modern products as they help beautify visitors from head to toe. In addition to tidying up hairdos, the stylists can use highlights or perms to help invent dynamic new looks. Mani-pedis keep fingers and toes looking neat and trim, and waxing sessions remove unwanted stubble and especially stubborn mustard stains.
