Great food and impecable service!

Very good deal. Huge portions plus each person gets two drinks and the dessert is very good

Large portions, reasonable prices, good friendly service, and an amusing robot to bring the food and take the dishes away! Too bad the mall closes so early.

Simply terrible, all other reviews here are not legit ... The restaurant is primarily takeout in a large mall, Lougheed Mall on the first floor; immediately above on the second floor is the food court. Adjacent to the restaurant is an Orange Julius and seating in the restaurant is essentially 1 table, adjacent to the cook area (say within a foot or two ??, all very cramped), which is where we were seated. Additional seating is available outside the restaurant and next to the wall, which is distant as the mall has a wide area for mall traffic. The tables on the additional seating are very narrow in circumference. OK, you sort of get the picture now. The meat portion is negligible, not at all the pictures on the website, showing meaty chicken nuggets. These were very greasy and my fingers were greasy after eating 2 or 3 and I could eat no more ... YIKES! In terms of dessert, we were provided with a cinnamon tea and it was explained that the shaved ice with ice cream was unavailable. i.e. no choice for desert. They use a so called "robot" for food delivery; there is a sign just outside the cooking area, not to bother the staff. This really bugged my spouse and the robot was not workable since we had a Groupon (you are supposed to order a la carte from a computer screen). The restaurant should have saved the money here. A guy came out with a couple of takeout containers (our son will eat anything!) and helped my spouse pack the left overs, essentially most of the chicken McNuggets but minimal meat ... We left our paper groupon on the table with a $5.00 tip and left, yup following the sign no staff interaction. The same day a few hours later, we had an initial call from the restaurant requesting how the food was and I told the truth and then put the phone down. I had about 5 more calls and during the period put the restaurants phone number on block. Of course, then I get a text message from Bento Narah the next day, or today, that they require the QR code to get paid from groupon. We reply that we left the groupon on the table and this is all you require to get paid ... I return to the groupon website at say 3 PM today, and guess what, it shows that the groupon was redeemed. Yup, I was all beat up by management for no reason whatsoever and even left a 10% plus tip. REALLY INCOMPETENCE AND A SIGN HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS. MY ADVICE TO THE RESTUARANT IS SIMPLY TO NOT USE GROUPON WEBSITE AND CONTINUE TO DO TAKEOUT, IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED AS A BUSINESS. Sorry, Groupon …
