Berkeley Meditation offers guided meditation classes every day-
We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or are completely new to meditation, we will guide you in-person in 1 on 1 settings as well as in small groups of 2-3 meditators and help resolve your meditation obstacles through regular check-in sessions.
