The tickets will be sent by post. At the point of purchase, clients will be asked to confirm their postal address details. The postal address cannot be amended after purchase. All tickets bought using the same delivery address will be seated together. Spectators will not be permitted entry with their Groupon voucher and must bring the physical tickets to be presented upon arrival. Includes safety briefing. Safety equipment included. Boating license may be required. Additional fees of up to ($125) per ski will be applied to cover fuel, insurance + servicing and is due upon arrival. Refundable damage security deposit may be required. Walk-ups / Walk-ins will not be accepted. Bookings can be modified or cancelled up until 24 hours before the appointment. No refunds after cancellation/modification period. If you make a reservation through Groupon, you may cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before its start time.
