While Seinfeld was shot on a soundstage, many real-life places served either as locations or inspiration for the show. On the two-hour walking tour, fans visit both the restaurant whose exterior stood in for Monk’s Coffee Shop and the restaurant that inspired Monk’s interior. Other stops include the Latvian Orthodox Church where George converts, 1st Street and 1st Avenue, which Kramer calls “the nexus of the universe,” the bar where Elaine meets Keith Hernandez, and comedy clubs where Jerry performed.

Best Tours

With all of New York spread before you, it can be hard to decide which restaurants, historical landmarks, and haunted alleyways to check out. That's where Best Tours comes in. Walking food tours hike through the city's many chocolatiers, pizzerias, and the hippest restaurants of Williamsburg. Chauffeured tours cover not only fine dining but also ghostly haunts and a highly enigmatic Secrets of New York tour. And then there's the helicopter tour, offering a bird's eye view of the Empire State Building, Central Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge, and shows off the city's lesser known clouds.
