Very personable fellow. Got no sticker on windshield so I will have to remember KMS reading of today to stay on schedule. A bit too laid back, my appt was for 9 am got there at 8:58 am and had to wait for person to finish blowing leaves outside, found that odd and took a long time to get bill settled
