What You'll Get
Like racquetball, dancing requires ample space, a willing partner, and a penchant for frequenting clubs. Infiltrate the inner circle with today’s Groupon: for $30, you get five group classes in Zumba, Latin dance, or ballroom dance (up to a $70 value) at Bet U Can Dance in East Northport.
The highly trained and experienced boogie buffs at Bet U Can Dance, one of Long Island’s largest ballroom studios, lead private and group instruction in more than 20 dance styles. Hopeful hoofers can opt to right their two left feet during five sessions of their choice of Latin, ballroom, or Zumba. During each one-hour class, jitterbugs team up with a variety of partners to learn the basic steps and standard dance figures needed to impress onlookers at bars, weddings, or elevator dance-offs. Zumba, a Latin-inspired cardio workout offered seven days a week, cavorts calories away.
Student strutters can take advantage of Bet U Can Dance's 3,000 square feet of unobstructed dance floors. Polished wood floors, high ceilings, warm colors, and a modern sound system foster a professional environment for perfecting footwork, and a full wall of mirrors allows mastery over rose-biting without the worry of thorn-induced injuries. The studio welcomes walk-ins, who should plan to show up 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

About Bet U Can Dance
Focusing on smooth, rhythm, or specialty dance styles, Bet U Can Dance's instructors lead private and group classes amid 13-foot ceilings and 6,000 square feet of hardwood dance floor. As 60-minute group sessions unfold, students meet fellow dancers, trade partners, and learn to lead and follow better than a military horse chasing its own tail. Ushered by professional cabaret and ballroom gurus, one-on-one and couples sessions allow for more personalized lesson plans, helping rug cutters to master dance varieties such as the East Coast swing, waltzes, and the fox trot. Additionally, high-energy Zumba instructors teach calorie-burning moves during a vigorous dance party backed by Latin beats.
