Professional and efficient staff. I’ve had great results with each treatment so far. Never have to wait more than 5 min beyond appointment time. Convenient location with ample free parking.

Elianne is s a great nurse and took care of my laser needs. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. My skin looks great. PS. Go early for numbing, it’s worth it.

everyone at the office was nice, but i'm black and have darker skin and am very obviously type 6 skin (and i filled out a questionnaire with my skin type as well). but for my 2nd appointment, she used the type 3/4 skin setting on me, and now i have burns all over my thighs right in time for summer too :(

I have see Ms. Elieana for laser hair removal. So far I'm seeing great results. My hair are growing back thinner and much slower. Ms. Elieana has been very professional and always check to see if I'm feeling painful or I'm okay. Recently they have updated their laser machine which is less painful than the one before. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

It's a nice office located in the Arcade level of The Promenade Towers. Make sure to request the numbing session along with your laser hair appointment so they know if you're sensitive to pain. The staff is very friendly and during the treatment, they make sure to ask you your pain level and regularly check how comfortable you are. You WILL notice a difference after just the first session and subsequent sessions ensure full hair removal. I have had a good experience so far and am doing my second area now.
