What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
When it comes to nutrition most approaches dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins, but instead of creating a list of restrictions of good and bad foods, I coach you to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and stress. Same can apply to lifestyles.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I spent many years at corporate jobs doing different occupations that were not my passion, surrounded by an environment in the opposite direction from my goals and dreams. All I knew was that my health and spirit were deteriorating. This took me to reinvent myself and share the knowledge with others
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the transformation on people and how they share what they have learned with others
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Best reaction is actually to hear them talking as if they were another coach. That is a priceless moment, a person that has changed perspectives and is ready to continue a new journey with more awareness.
