What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
BPCH was started because my grandparents were spending too much on computer repair. I wanted to offer a service that is focused on stopping problems before they happen.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to truly help people and relieve the frustration commonly associated with with slow and hard to use computers. I help people save money and time, and it makes me feel good.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I had a customer call me one time when they realized they had not had a problem in a long time. They were very happy!
