They didn't have a huge selection but what they did have was mostly high quality - especially the upholstery fabrics. I then decided to have them reupholster 4 chairs and they did a great job, quick turnaround and super nice every step of the way.

I'm very annoyed that numerous calls and emails to Bettertex since November 2011, re repairing damage have been ignored. In January I requested a refund check instead, (to have work done elsewhere) also ignored. Guess its time to contact the Better Business Bureau.
