I would have like more info then they gave I’ve never been to a pro hair appointment and I felt so lost and the pin was not normal they did not give me anything for pain or even to bum it really I would like a refund also they don’t like to answers the phone only when I got. This was for an IPL. Only place I’ve been to for IPL (—I’ve been doing them for 20 years) that only does one pass. Every place does two passes.

While the staff was pleasant, I purchased a 2 session IPL. The tech burnt my face! I called to inform the manager and never received a call back. Never met Dr. Saul, who many say is terrific. However, I am now left with scars on my face, putting Vitamin E on daily in hopes they will fade.
