- $59 for a 60-minute injury-recovery massage ($110 value)
An injury-recovery massage can restore muscle elasticity and range of motion or realign hips, shoulders, ankles, knees, elbows, necks, and feet, all while decreasing or eliminating muscular pain. Common ailments that respond well to injury-recovery massage include: nerve entrapment, rotator cuff, carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, sciatica, whiplash, joint problems, all types of tendonitis, ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, and low-back problems. The session includes a consultation to go over any acute or or chronic injuries, a treatment, and advice on how to maintain long-lasting healing. Each bodywork massage is designed to help with recovery and is not a typical deep-tissue or Swedish massage.
