the lymphatic massage was skillfully done, but i was charged an additional $40 fee because i just recently had surgery and was told the technique is different if you’ve recently had surgery. there was construction outside the massage room for almost the entirety of the service which wasn’t relaxing. using groupon for the discount didn’t seem to work out at all, could’ve been informed in advance.

I would like to clarify that at the moment you arrived at the spa, I informed you that post-operative lymphatic massage requires a different technique and specialized training. Not every therapist performs post-op lymphatic massage. I explained that I am qualified to perform this technique and offered it to you, with full transparency, including the additional $40 fee. I also made it clear that. Regarding the noise, unfortunately I was not aware of the “construction”taking place. The spa is located in a large building, and this was beyond my control. I did apologize at the time, and I sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback is appreciated and helps improve communication and overall experience moving forward
