In a hall of raw stone veneer and contemporary plating, the chefs at BF Sushi Town serve creative modern sushi classics. Taking presentation as serious as taste, they make sushi sculptures such as the caterpillar—white rice topped with avocado—and the dragon—rice with red salmon and sprinkles of different caviar—to resemble their respective namesakes. They also load creations with sweet and savory house sauces, like the rising sun which shines with the bright colors of salmon and avocado.
