What You'll Get
A strong man wrestles you to the ground to show off; a stronger man boosts your self-esteem and then accidentally breaks three of your ribs with a supportive hug. Learn the tenets of both strength and community with today's Groupon: for $35, you get one month of unlimited boot camp (a $247 value) at BFF Bootcamp in Nutley.
Brookdale Fun and Fitness (BFF) Bootcamp turns pliable bodies into powerful physiques by utilizing a program built around group training and support. Workouts cover a range of muscle groups, including the one that has the brain as its team captain. Strength-focused days amp up through two powerful series followed by an awe-inspiring ab workout. Heart-racing cardio days include a half day of multi-joint movements and a half day of boxing. Regardless of the day's events, instructors keep a constant focus on building strong bonds with students, with the hope of producing noticeable results. In some cases, campers have managed to shed 3–6 pounds, 1–2 dress sizes, and 2–5% body fat over the course of 30 days.
To eliminate evening excuses, BFF Bootcamp's classes are held Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m., 6:45 a.m., and 9 a.m. in an indoor gymnastics facility armed with impact-absorbing floors. Aside from water bottles and endearing human spirit, all equipment is provided.

About BFF Fitness Boot Camp
BFF Fitness Boot Camp blends the high-energy atmosphere of a gym with the support system and nutrition advice of a weight-loss center. The certified personal trainers motivate fitness-seekers of all levels with positive reinforcement. They stage monthly weight-loss contests to celebrate achievement and fuel a healthy competitive spirit in their students, and write up detailed fitness reports every six weeks that outline workout results, areas of improvement, and frozen-meat-slab-punching speeds. Even their indoor air-conditioned gymnastics-style facility is supportive, outfitted with cushioned floors to reduce the joint stress of already low-impact boot-camp workouts. To further help their clients reach their fitness goals, they offer group personal training and nutrition counseling.
