What You'll Get
The most secretive body parts are muscles, which hide behind layers of skin and appear only occasionally to help lift cars off trapped kittens. Flex your biceps in the absence of a cat emergency with this Groupon.
$35 for One Month of Unlimited Boot-Camp Classes ($247 Value)
Before guests enter into their first boot-camp class, they meet with a trainer for a half-hour one-on-one meeting to discuss exercise history and weight-loss goals. During 50- to 60-minute boot-camp classes, certified trainers target a range of muscle groups with a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises, including boxing-based routines held every Thursday and Friday. Their strength-building routines invigorate bodies with a powerful series of push, pull, combination, and leg exercises using equipment such as kettlebells and weights. Guests are required to bring their own towel and water bottle, as well as weightlifting gloves and boxing gloves on boxing days (Friday at Nutley and Thursday at Pompton Plains).
Classes at the Nutley location are available Monday–Friday at 6:45 a.m., and classes at the Pompton Plains location are held Monday–Friday at 5:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. This Groupon is not valid toward the 5:30 a.m. or 9 a.m. classes at Nutley.

About BFF Fitness Boot Camp
BFF Fitness Boot Camp blends the high-energy atmosphere of a gym with the support system and nutrition advice of a weight-loss center. The certified personal trainers motivate fitness-seekers of all levels with positive reinforcement. They stage monthly weight-loss contests to celebrate achievement and fuel a healthy competitive spirit in their students, and write up detailed fitness reports every six weeks that outline workout results, areas of improvement, and frozen-meat-slab-punching speeds. Even their indoor air-conditioned gymnastics-style facility is supportive, outfitted with cushioned floors to reduce the joint stress of already low-impact boot-camp workouts. To further help their clients reach their fitness goals, they offer group personal training and nutrition counseling.
