Hello, So essentially we have to make a reservation the night before or a few days before every time we would like to attend a class? Just want to make sure, so I dont just show up.

Hey Colleen you have to make the reservation so we can get your contact info to schedule a one on one. Over the course of about 20 minutes we will go over your starting numbers, goals, exercise/injury history and bootcamp structure. It's very important that we know you as a person as our goal is train you properly not to just throw a bunch of exercises at you and beat you up like a typical boot camp might. You can start classes the day after your one on one.
