Before guests enter into their first boot-camp class, they meet with a trainer for a half-hour one-on-one meeting to discuss exercise history and weight-loss goals. During 50- to 60-minute boot-camp classes, certified trainers target a range of muscle groups with a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises, including boxing-based routines held every Thursday and Friday. Their strength-building routines invigorate bodies with a powerful series of push, pull, combination, and leg exercises using equipment such as kettlebells and weights. Guests are required to bring their own towel and water bottle, as well as weightlifting gloves and boxing gloves on boxing days (Friday at Nutley and Thursday at Pompton Plains).
Classes at the Nutley location are available Monday–Friday at 5:30 a.m., 6:45 a.m., and 9 a.m., and classes at the Pompton Plains location are held Monday–Friday at 5:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m.
