Bheda Yoga
Self-improvement takes the form of physical, mental, and spiritual growth at Bheda Yoga. The instructors strive to create an accepting, fun, and non-judgmental environment where students can challenge themselves through a yoga practice that allows them to steadily, comfortably push their boundaries and better body and mind, without adopting a competitive mindset. Held within the heated studio space, the classes are open to participants of virtually all skill and fitness levels. The style’s physically engaging asanas are linked by sequences of flowing transitions, which require mindful focus as they help build strength, flexibility, endurance and self-esteem over time. Each deep stretch, core-toning arch, and balancing posture is performed atop the studio’s soft, antimicrobial flooring, which causes less joint strain than standard hardwood or gelatin tiles.
