About Big Breath Wellness
Founded by Yadira Roman and Tierney Carey, Big Breath Wellness incorporates Western and Eastern practices, combining yoga and psychotherapy through art. Tierney leads the movement part of each class and matches the flow to the energy in the room. Yadira utilizes art tools to guide meditative art sessions, using her psychology, color therapy, and creative wellness counseling background. Together they strive to create a space where the students can feel free, happy, and connected to their bodies and souls.
