Q:

I bought 5 tickets for my family of 5. We're able to use them all together at the same time, right? Just realized fine print says "limit 2 per visit"...not really sure what that means.

Jennifer C.  asked on  Dec 3, 2012

A:

Hi Jennifer, Thanks the question. That was not the intention of that note in the fine print. However I do see that is confusing. So I have contacted Groupon to have that part removed or reworded. We are very open party numbers, the more the merrier!! Any party number we will try our best to accommodate, so please disregard that note in the fine print. Thanks, Amanda

Q:

1hr 30min seems very short for 3 stops (It says 90min in the information section)... but in one of the answers above I saw that the total duration is 3hrs. Which is it? Thanks!

Jennifer C.  asked on  Dec 3, 2012

A:

Hi Jennifer, 1 hour and 30 minutes is the duration of our day time sightseeing tour. The Spirit of Christmas tour is 3 hours and starts at 6:30. Thanks, Amanda

Q:

Is admission to all venues included in the price?

Emmanuel F.  asked on  Dec 1, 2012

A:

This Groupon is good for admission to the Spirit of Christmas bus tour.

Annette B.  from  Self  replied on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

Hi Emmanuel, on the Spirit of Christmas Tour admission to the Van Dusen Gardens, and all your transportation is included. The only additional cost could be at the Bright Lights in Stanley Park which is put on by volunteers. You can choose to make a donation there, all proceeds go to burn victims. Regards, Amanda

Q:

Does Stanley Park include the Christmas train or are all the displays walkable? Thanks!

Autumn M.  asked on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

Hi Autumn, On the tour we will not have time to ride the train. When in Stanley Park you will be visiting the Bright Lights in Stanley Park, which is a beautiful display put on by volunteers, all proceeds of donations go to burn victims. Cheers, Amanda

Q:

Hi there does the lights in Stanley park the same lights you see on the train? And how long do ou stay at candu seen gardens? Thanks

Cherie C.  asked on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

Hi Cherie, Thanks for the great questions. When visiting Stanley Park we will not have time to ride the train, but you do have time to view the Bright Lights in Stanley Park. This is put on by volunteering fire fighters, and all proceeds from donations go to helping burn victims. At Van Dusen Garden tour riders gain express entry - so no waiting in line! Then the group will have about an hour in the garden. Cheers, Amanda

Q:

for the X'mas bus tour do the chidlren need to buy ticket they are 1, 4 and 6 and is it full fare?

joyee m.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Hi Joyee, Children are set at ages 5 - 12 for the Christmas Tour. So 1 & 4 will be free, and 6 will be full fair. The Groupon rate is better than the regular child rate - and if you do the group goupon rates you get an even better deal! So buying all you tickets on Groupon gets you the best price. Cheers, Amanda

Q:

Are there scheduled stops, where you have a set time, or do you catch any tour bus at a designated stop? In other words, does the bus all travel together from stop to stop? Thx.

Teresa L.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Hi Teresa, On our Spirit of Christmas Tour everyone will travel together. The departure point is Canada Place, then everyone tours together to view the different sights and lights. There may be multiple buses leaving at slightly different times - but generally all together. Cheers, Amanda W

Q:

any wheel chair access for the bus tour ? my dad is 90

Jean L.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Hi Jean, All of our buses being used do have steps to board the bus. If you are able to fold up the wheel chair and have you dad step up a few steps we can store the wheel chair on a seat. We do have many people ride our tours like this, but it will require him to go up a few steps. If you choose to do the tour with him please just note the wheel chair while making your reservation. Cheers, Amanda W
