They took 4 hours just to my oil change done, but the only good part is I ended up paying only taxes and disposable fee about $12, besides from GroupOn Coupon for Synthetic Oil Change.

Staff is not well trained! I mentioned I have a Groupon for 1 Semi-Synthetic Oil change, but the staff who helped me did not realize my car could only use full synthetic oil. If I was told, I would have bought a new Groupon. Now I had to pay extra for the service!

Went in for alignment and they found control arms and tie rods needed to be replaced. Which probably never had.
