The service at this Big O tire is always excellent. They are always friendly and the service is quick and professional !! Thru Groupon, the cost of a full synthetic oil change is reasonable, much less expensive then dealerships and I appreciate that Big O honors the coupons. We also like the fact that there is a McDonalds right next door. We drop our car off and then go for breakfast or lunch. Thank you to the staff at Big O in Auburn, WA !!
