Big T's Seafood Market Bar
At Big T's Seafood Market Bar, the staff scrawls the daily offerings on a giant chalkboard that hangs overhead. From the tanks, visitors can pick live seafood that's then cooked in one of five styles—raw, grilled, steamed, boiled, or fried—paired with a cold beer from one of the taps. In addition to classics such as fried oysters, shrimp cocktail, and giant king crab legs, Big T's also offers a wide array of more unusual sea creatures, such as razor clams, snails, and uni—tender, raw sea urchin.
