I bought the full head to toe custom made Groupon. They refused to work with me. I put in the comments a pre made pose was okay but, I was still did full custom which is what I paid for. Also they will only communicate with you via email. The item is from China.

Lots of extra charges! Had to pay an additional $50 for pictures, shipping date, shipping, and checking in emails. All but shipping was supposed to be included!

I purchased this for a gift and am extremely disappointed in it.I read the reviews and should have heeded the warnings about the difficulty in ordering. They nickel and dime you to get what you really want or otherwise you just get the standing people with nothing for their sports or hobbies reflected.
