I was coming here pre-covid. I love hot yoga. The lighting inside the room is dimmed which I like. It’s relaxing. Front desk are always friendly. I wasn’t able finish my one month membership because the place closed cause of covid which is understandable.

first time doing hot yoga. the experience was exhilarating. I was sweating while waiting for the class to start. Its hot! Instructor was great. Employees and staff all helpful, friendly, and exuded a sense of spirituality I'd expected from a yoga place. The men's restroom and shower area could use some expansion. Patrons are friendly. I will go again, once I recover.

Great studio! Awesome instructors, I've attended 2 classes so far. Everyone has been really nice and helpful. I feel comfortable just doing savasana when I need to. The classes are stocked with people who do this well, so I had many people to rely on to learn the poses since the instructors don't. Has small lockers for phone and keys, open cubbies for your stuff. Has 2 showers per bathroom.

Yoga Room had a bad smell for hot yoga. Felt it was over crowded & yoga mat which was rented for $2 was over used & couldn’t hold spot during yoga. I wish they keep good quality mats & towels if they are charging for it

About Hot Yoga & Pilates

The instructors at Hot Yoga & Pilates embody a commitment to wellness through the method's 26 postures. The CPR-ready teachers must undergo recertification and win a barefoot-hopscotch tournament on an active volcano every three years, ensuring that they can lead classes in the studio's 105-degree heat.

Their 90-minute sessions bend and stretch through poses in a progressive order, a sequence that both warms and limbers up the body's connective tissues. As the steamy temperatures flush out toxins through sweat, newly oxygenated blood refreshes every part of the physique. The staff encourages guests to cultivate a deep understanding of technique rather than a drive to quickly perfect it, reassuring them that "there is no standard of comparison except yourself."

The studio also offers classic hot Pilates, a method of exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Regular practice of Pilates can increase strength and flexibility, improve coordination, posture, and balance, and may help with bone density and joint health.
