The heated, 26-posture practice was designed by celebrated yogi Bikram Choudhury to help students of all ages and experience levels increase their strength, balance, and flexibility while relieving stress and flushing out toxins. The robust schedule is packed with nearly 50 90-minute sweat sessions each week and two 60-minute classes at 8:30 a.m. Monday–Friday and 8:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday.

About The Yoga Element
The Yoga Element instructors share their passion for the hot yoga practice with their community, leading students of all ages and abilities down a path of mental and physical wellness. In the studio space complemented by Chihuly artwork in the lobby and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of downtown Bellevue, the instructors inspire students with carefully designed routine and pepper the sessions with personal touches and individual attention.
The studio's perspiration-inducing 105-degree heat and 40% humidity are intended to enhance the practice, helping even the stiffest muscles melt deeply into stretches as they move through the series of standing and seated poses. This heat also pervades the power vinyasa classes, which flow through poses quickly to get a cardio workout while toning physiques.
