I am confused by the $29 for 10 classes OR $29 for Unlimited classes? Wouldn't you get a whole lot more classes than 10 if you do the unlimited? Can you clarify the difference between the two options please? Thanks.

Sorry for any confusion. The difference is that you have 60 days to complete the 10 yoga classes, whereas the other option is unlimited classes for one month. So you can select the best option that works with your schedule.

Is a new member considered someone who has never been to the studio? I have been there last winter but it's been over 6 months. Thx

Hi there, yes this offer is for people who have never been to the studio as a way to try it out. For you, if it's been a year since you've been to the studio we offer a returning student special of 1 Month Unlimited for $65, a great deal :-)

Hi Laurie! Bless your heart :-) YES, this yoga is something anyone can do no matter your age, ability/disability. you simply do the best you can with the body you have and as long as you try in the right way to the best of YOUR ability your body gets the healing benefits. Any of our teachers will guide you through your first class with compassion and knowledge. Hope to see you soon~
