This is an intense practice. Next time I will be more hydrated going into the class, and I will not have caffeine the day of class. I had a slight headache afterward. The instructor was very good and explained the poses and offered rest periods. This is not a class to feel competitive in because each person is at a different level and your personal level can change daily. I felt very proud of myself for making it through the class, and slept really well that night!
