What You'll Get
Like working pens and your used ball of bubblegum, centers can be difficult to locate when you need them and usually wind up in your hair. Find your center with today's Groupon: for $40, you get five yoga classes at Bikram Yoga Falls (an $85 value).
Bikram Yoga Falls unites mind and body in the pursuit of concentration and flexibility through heated yoga classes. Bikram yoga coaxes flexibility out of its shy shell through a routine of 26 postures while high temperatures wheedle droplets of toxin-filled sweat from the comfort of the body's pores. Twenty minutes before their first class, students will sign a waiver and receive a brief introduction to yoga through an awkwardly intense handshake. The 90-minute classes are held every day of the week and the studio asks that yogis bring a mat, towel, and water bottle to class. Students without these objects may rent them for a small fee or their best version of the national anthem sung while holding the eagle pose. Bikram Yoga Falls boasts ample free parking for all students.

About Sunshine Hot Yoga
Inside Sunshine Hot Yoga's heated practice space, students of all experience levels bend and stretch through Core 26 hot yoga's 26 postures for a challenging yet stress-relieving workout. During the 90-minute classes, instructors lead up to 50 students through a regimented series of poses paired with two pranayama breathing exercises. The classes are designed to increase strength and flexibility while decreasing the body's tension level, clearing the mind of stressful events such as catching the family dog reading your diary. The routine is performed in a studio heated to temperatures hovering around the 100-degree mark, coaxing muscles to sink deeper into stretches and ousting the body's toxins through sweat.
