What You'll Get
Star athletes thrive during the peak of heated competition, which is why most Super Bowls are held in volcanoes. Stretch the limits of your limbs with today’s Groupon to Bikram Yoga Katy. Choose between the following options:
- For $35, you get 5 yoga classes (a $90 value).

- For $59, you get 10 yoga classes (a $120 value).

Bikram Yoga Katy’s team of attentive instructors combines years of experience with a thorough training background to guide students through 90-minute Bikram classes. The studio’s robust schedule serves up piping-hot stretch sessions seven days a week, giving students ample opportunity to learn and perfect the challenging Bikram routine. Performed in a 105-degree studio with 40% humidity to help to detoxify bodies, provide a deeper stretch, and instill a greater appreciation for wintery weather, Bikram’s 26 poses begin with muscle-quivering standing poses and progress with twists and compressions to floor poses, culminating with a savasana, or corpse pose. The whole routine carefully works each muscle group, temporarily decreasing and then increasing circulation to different parts of the body. When students extend from each pose, a flow of fresh blood and oxygen surrounds limbs, joints, and organs, helping to boost organ function, prevent injuries, and energize sleepy spirit animals.
